For FHE at the end of October my friend told us about a farm in Hurricane that was putting on headless horseman themed activity nights. (sort of like Staheli's in St. George, just a smaller cheaper version)
When you get there you take a wagon ride to the farm area while the headless horseman follows behind..

Right before going into the corn maze. The kids wanted to go through this a ton of times!!

The next night (the day before Halloween) we carved our pumpkins.
The boys loved playing with all the seeds and guts! yuck!
